SPRING - WINTER - FALL: $99-$119
SUMMER: $139-$159
We also offer a weekly rental efficiency with a
microwave and refrigerator.
RESERVATION INFO
Room rates are based on double occupancy and include
full breakfast. New York sales tax
and County Occupancy will be added.
Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so it is best to
phone well ahead for reservations. There is a minimum of two nights stay on
weekends and three nights on holiday weekends and during
special events. Advance reservations are
guaranteed immediately by credit card - MasterCard or
Visa.
Parties will be held responsible for the total
cost of their stay unless cancellation is made 1 4 days prior to
start of stay. Early departures or unused portions of stay are nonrefundable. BED AND
BREAKFAST Check in time is 3 PM to 10 PM. Check out
time is 11 AM.
Smoking is permitted outside only please. No pets.
