SPRING - FALL: $99-$119
SUMMER: $139-$159

RESERVATION INFO

Room rates are based on double occupancy and include full breakfast. New York State Sales Tax and County Occupancy Tax will be added. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so it is best to phone well ahead for reservations. There is a minimum of two nights stay on weekends and three nights on holiday weekends and during special events. Advance reservations are guaranteed immediately by credit card - MasterCard or Visa.

Parties will be held responsible for the total cost of their stay unless cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to start of stay. Early departures or unused portions of stay are nonrefundable. Check in time is 3 PM to 8 PM unless other arrangements are made with the innkeepers. Check out time is 11 AM.

Smoking is permitted outside only please. No pets.
