Cancellations: The Lake George Bed & Breakfast is an historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that due to our small size and limited rooms, we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates/policies: Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. For Americade, all reservations are final and refunds will be given only if we are able to re-book your room. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you will be arriving later than 8:00 PM, please call or email to make arrangements. If you arrive earlier than 3:00 PM, please feel free to stop by the inn to see if your room is ready early. We greatly appreciate it if you are able to advise us of your approximate arrival time. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking: The Lake George B&B is a completely non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outside on the grounds only. A $100.00 cleaning fee is applied to guests who smoke inside with disregard for our policy. Pets: We do not accept pets at the inn, but Lake George is a great place to play with your furry friends. We can recommend a nearby kennel so that you can pick up your pet to play during the day. Due to allergies, however, pets may not enter the B&B. Children: Lake George is a wonderful family-friendly Village. We welcome well-behaved children aged 4 and over to stay at the inn. |
